THE ITBUFFALO WEBSITE INITIATIVE

The ITBuffalo website will be accessible to all companies, tech department leaders, and recruiting professionals, to use as a virtual showcase of the community's supportive ecosystem, for talent attraction efforts.

Recruits and other technology workers, not located in Buffalo, will be able to take a virtual tour of our tech ecosystem, and get a visual for all that's available to them in our region.

 

ITBUFFALO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & ADMINISTRATOR

Technology workers and other interested parties will have the ability to reach out to the ITB Executive Director & administrator, with questions and recommendations on and about our region's ecosystem and environment. 

 

The tech-ecosystem-concierge concept can apply to area corporate sponsors, who would benefit from this kind of personal support for their recruiting efforts.

TALENT ATTRACTION TRAINING

In tandem with with training & education provided to area companies in the retention phase, on how to best market themselves to technology students, ITBuffalo will deploy similar training events on engagement marketing and branding toward outside-of-Buffalo technology talent.
